Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using anything on brazilsensilegends.com/india (the "Site"). By purchasing, accessing or using our content, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the content.

1. Who we are

The official channel for any legal, billing or refund matter is support@brazilsensilegends.in. Messages sent through social media may not be treated as formal notice.

2. Definitions

• "Content" means the sensitivity settings, HUD layouts, configuration guides, optimisation methods, video lessons, generators, tools and any other material we make available to you.

• "Order" means a purchase of Content made through the Site.

• "You" or "Customer" means the person who purchases or uses the Content.

3. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site. If you are under 18, you may only use the Content with the involvement, consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for the purchase. We may cancel any Order where we believe this requirement has not been met.

You also confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have permission from its holder to use it.

4. What we sell — and what we do not sell

Brazil Sensi Legends sells educational digital content: guidance on in-game settings, sensitivity values, HUD positioning, ergonomics, finger placement, training routines and device optimisation.

We do not sell, and the Content does not include:

• cheats, hacks, aimbots, auto-headshot tools, scripts or macros;

• modified APKs, patched game files, injectors, emulators bypasses or any software that alters the game;

• accounts, in-game currency, items or any account-boosting service.

The Content is applied by you, manually, using the settings menu that the game itself provides to every player. It does not modify the game's original files and does not require root, jailbreak or any third-party software to be installed alongside the game.

No guarantee of account safety. While the Content does not modify the game or use third-party software, we do not control the game publisher and we cannot and do not guarantee that your account will never be restricted, suspended or banned. Enforcement decisions belong exclusively to the publisher and depend on your own overall conduct in the game. Any claim on the Site regarding safety refers to the nature of the method (no file modification, no third-party software), not to a promise of immunity from enforcement action.

5. No affiliation

Brazil Sensi Legends is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or in any way officially connected to Garena, Sea Limited, Free Fire, Google Play, the Apple App Store or any of their affiliates. "Free Fire", "Garena" and all related names, marks and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used on the Site for identification and descriptive purposes only.

6. Results disclaimer

The Content is training and configuration guidance. Results depend on your device, network, practice, playstyle and many factors outside our control. We make no promise of any specific outcome, rank, win rate, accuracy improvement or competitive result.

7. Licence to use the Content

Subject to full payment, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Content for your own individual, non-commercial use.

You must not:

• share, resell, rent, sublicense, distribute or publish the Content, in whole or in part;

• share your access credentials, purchase link or download with any other person;

• record, screenshot, re-upload or republish our videos, guides or generator outputs on any platform;

• use the Content to create a competing product, course or paid service;

• remove or alter any copyright, watermark or attribution.

Access is granted to one person. We monitor for credential sharing and abnormal access, and we may suspend or terminate access without refund where we identify a breach of this section.

8. Intellectual property

All Content, including the sensitivity settings, HUD layouts, optimisation methods, video lessons, generator logic, text, design, branding and the Brazil Sensi Legends name and logo, is the exclusive property of Brazil Sensi Legends and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

If you believe any material on the Site infringes your rights, contact support@brazilsensilegends.in with details and we will review it promptly.

9. Price, currency and taxes

Prices are displayed on the checkout page at the moment of purchase, in Indian Rupees (INR), and are [inclusive / exclusive] of applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect Orders already completed. Promotional prices are valid only for the period stated.

10. Delivery

The Content is digital. Access is delivered e-mail to the address provided at checkout, immediately after payment confirmation. Where access is not received automatically, you may request it from our team on WhatsApp by sending the e-mail used at checkout and proof of payment; access is normally granted within a few minutes during business hours. Access to the members' WhatsApp group is provided in the same way. No physical product is shipped.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid e-mail address and to check your spam or promotions folder. If you have not received access within 24 hours of payment, contact support@brazilsensilegends.in and we will resend it.

11. Refunds

Our refund terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase; we will first offer support to resolve the issue, and if it cannot be resolved we will refund you. Certain limited exceptions apply and are listed in the Refund Policy.

If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent loss of access and may be reported to the payment provider.

12. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or bulk-download the Content, to use automated means to create accounts or purchases, or to use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

13. Third-party services and links

The Site relies on third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, e-mail delivery and analytics, and may contain links to third-party platforms such as YouTube, Instagram or WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• the Content is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law;

• we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profit, loss of in-game progress, or for any action taken by the game publisher against your account;

• our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brazil Sensi Legends and its officers and staff against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Content.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Content, without refund, if you breach these Terms — in particular sections 7 (Licence) and 12 (Acceptable use). You may stop using the Content at any time.

17. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, identified by the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will not apply retroactively to Orders already completed. Continuing to use the Content after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.

This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law provisions of your country of residence, including, for customers in India, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Before any court proceeding, we ask you to use the grievance procedure in section 20, which is designed to resolve most issues quickly and free of charge.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receipt and aim to resolve it within one month.

21. Language

These Terms are published in English. If we make any translation available, the English version prevails in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

22. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Brazil Sensi Legends regarding the Content.
